Dr. Damian Cata - Chiropractor
After serving the communities of Marietta and Mableton, GA for the last two years, Dr. Damian J. Cata, a born and raised native of Albuquerque, New Mexico is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community in which he grew up.
While attending Sandia High School, Dr. Damian was a standout both academically and athletically. Consistently on the honor roll, Dr. Damian was the Matadors Wrestling Team Captain, received All-District honors in Football, and participated in Track & Field. In his senior year, Dr. Damian was named Who's Who Among Students which exists as one of the most highly regarded and long-standing honors programs in the nation, honoring the outstanding campus leaders of the year who have excelled in academics, extracurricular activities and community service. Receiving several academic scholarships, Dr. Damian was educated as an undergraduate at the University of New Mexico.
Dr. Damian is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Harvard of chiropractic colleges, Life University’s College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia recognized nationally for its innovative chiropractic program. While attending Life University Dr. Damian served as the inaugural President of his academic class and also as a Student Intern Mentor in his unit at the Center for Health and Optimum Performance, where he worked directly with certified Chiropractors to deliver the highest quality patient care to the community of Marietta, GA.
While in chiropractic school, Dr. Damian also had the pleasure of serving the community of Mableton, GA working as an intern in its most successful practice under the mentorship of Dr. Lou Hilliard who among other distinctions is the chiropractor of the USA Olympic Wrestling Team. Dr. Damian has also completed extensive postgraduate chiropractic education having completed 72 hours of training specializing in upper cervical specific chiropractic care. During his time living in Georgia, he also served the community through his volunteer work with Hands on Atlanta and at North Metro Community Church.
Above any other accolade Dr. Damian has received, he is most grateful for having the honor and privilege of serving as President and as an active member of the Delta Sigma Chi professional chiropractic fraternity, the oldest and most prestigious organization in chiropractic.
