Goal: to become more fit in 2014.  2 Options to join the Straight Chiropractic 30 Day Fitness Challenge.

FITNESS
Pick your exercise.  On day 1 do 1 repetition of that exercise.  Day 2 do 2 reps of that same exercise.  Day 3, 3 reps and so on for 30 days***

Or

Pick your exercise and for 30 days*** do 30 reps of that exercise each day.

***30 days begins on Monday January 7th. (Mondays through Fridays for 6 weeks) finishing on Friday February 14th.***

The cost is $10 which covers the cost of your t-shirt.
